Abstract

In this case of a patient with Multiple System Atrophy of the cerebellar type, we show how plasma levels of Neurofilament light evolve over time in correlation to the clinical progression using the Unified MSA Rating Scale. We discuss that Neurofilament light is a potential biomarker to track disease progression in Multiple System Atrophy.
