SyNergy training in lab management & coaching
Support for outside training in lab management and coaching
SyNergy offers training opportunities for female PI/AI's and senior female postdocs, such as professorship negotiation training. SyNergy will announce the courses it offers in advance. SyNergy also offers financial support for external courses. Applications for support must be approved by the SyNergy Board prior to course participation.
If you are interested in a lab management or coaching event, please send your application (CV, list of publications, etc.) to the SyNergy office (Tobias Niemann, tobias.niemann@med.uni-muenchen.de). The application should clearly demonstrate how this training is specifically beneficial for your career. Applications are welcome anytime. Please note that only one event/course will be granted for each applicant.
